Beroomers charges the tenant the first month of rent when you accept the reservation. Once you confirm us that the check in went well and you signed the contract with your tenant, you will receive the amount of the first month payment deducting the Beroomers service fee. We will transfer it into the payment method that you have indicated on your dashboard.
